You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. The final products and shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

All Sales Are Final

However if an error occurred with your purchase -and you need to return there is a re-stocking fee of 10%. We will need a written email in advance of the return and the products must be returned with our confirmation email within 7 days.

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email us within two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.

Store Credit

Store credit in the form of a KenFit Method E-Gift Card will be issued for your return item(s) once your package is received and processed at our Distribution Center. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for our Returns Department to process your return once delivered. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item and tax, if applicable. KenFit Method does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.


In no event will KenFit Method, or its directors, officers, owners and employees, be liable for any claims, demands, damages liabilities, suits, attachments, judgments, losses, penalties, fines, settlements, expenses, including courts costs and reasonable attorneys fees incident thereto; indirect, special, incidental, economic, consequently sold by KenFit Method. Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless KenFit Method for all such claims and actions in each case notwithstanding the actual or alleged negligence, provided that KenFit Method liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product.
